Dr. Rilloraza is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon who has been in practice for 21 years. He graduated from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine. He completed his residency in General Surgery at the State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn in Brooklyn, New York and his Plastic Surgery training at the St. Louis University Health Sciences Center in St. Louis, Missouri. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. His office is located at the Lourdes Tower at Lourdes Hospital. He is the former director of the Wound Care Center and is currently a consultant for the Breast Care Center and the Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment Center of Lourdes Hospital. His practice covers a broad spectrum of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
